The project PANOPTIKON13X13, run by the ART/IF/ACT open communicative platform, is a series of educational workshops across 13 county cities - 13 county photography clubs.
PANOPTIKON13X13's goal was to educate amateur and professional photographers on theoretical and technical subjects of contemporary photography and it's representatives.
Athanasia Kaniatsou is an amateur photographer and a member of the Larissa Photography Club. She has been twice to Tanzania and Uganda as part of a missionary support group called "Πορεία Αγάπης" (love route/mission).
This is my first attempt to build a photobook on the Blurb platform. My workflow was in CMYK color space using Photoshop and InDesign CS5. The print master file exported to PDF (Blurb PDF X-3 Export Preset v1-1).

New photographic tools appeared to my life and I am very excited, a Nikon D80 body and a Tamron SP AF17-50mm F/2.8 XR Di II LD Aspherical [IF].
[ http://d80.makemagic.gr ] It was into my plans lately to publish a personal photo diary-weblog-blog. That D80 sitting on my desk gave me the kick-off to start the project.
I never had a blog before and hence not the self-obligation to post something regularly. The time has come to make an experiment, a photo-blog. It will be small and date oriented.
This is my first photo booklet style.
Danae gave me her poem and I shot the photos and made the photomontage. Inner City is the title of the poem.
